It's now Sunday. I'm not sure I like this "easy" clue because I am finding it "easy" to put off. "Oh, that won't take long. I don't need to worry about it." What am I thinking? I have classes all this week with Bonnie and certainly won't have time to do this little task. Focus! I settle in and start sewing my "flock of geese" units. At least I think that's what they are called. I am pretty sure I have made FOUR when Mister announces that we are going down to the coffee shop and then to Harbor Freight and a couple other stops. Oh goodness --- another day down the tubes. Good thing it's an "easy" clue. Fortunately, we are not out for the evening too, so I do manage to get my units sewn. That's it -- a big pile of units that I DON'T take a picture of. What is my problem today?
Monday arrives and after quilting a top that was on the frame, I am determined to finish this clue. First things first: press the units made yesterday.
See, I was telling the truth. There is a pile of them.
Next, sew those little drawn-on triangles to my bricks cut in a previous clue. There are less than 40 and this goes exceptionally quick. I think I'm done. Oh my. One quick check of the clue to make sure I am not missing anything and a little happy dance ensues. Yay!!! Onto something else. What's that you ask? Well, a train ride to meet my sweetie and his family for dinner. Tis the season.
If you are here from the Monday link-up, please link back to Bonnie's page HERE. Thanks for stopping in.
Way to go! You had some fun adventures AND got caught up with the mystery steps!
