Marshall Dry Goods!!!

 While planning our Epic Road Trip, we decided to suffer through a long travel day in order to take advantage of our proximity to Marshall Dry Goods in Batesville, AR.  Today is our opportunity and we have ALL been looking forward to it.

In we go and OH MY!  This is fabric heaven.

Just take a look around with us while we gather our breath.  It is a bit overwhelming and by making the restroom our first stop, we have a chance to absorb it all.  There are bolts, flat folds, fat quarters, and just so much more.

Let the shopping begin and we KNOW that we will be crazy tight on the rest of the drive home today, but no one cares.  My treasures!!!  I am one of the first to check out so that I can get mine settled into the van and then help others.

We meet Marshall, the owner and he gives us so much historical and current information, some of which enabled a few to become wholesale buyers and purchase the bolts at a great price.  He videos us and asks where we are all from while we wait for some to finish up their purchases.  All in all --- one great visit.  Thank you, Marshall, for getting rid of the "sh**" and focusing on fabric.  

Psst - I'll be after this batting as soon as my supply runs low.  It feels oh so nice.
